About the Doctors
Dr. Alexandre Sicre, D.C.
Dr. Mick is a 98’ Graduate of Life University where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic. Before that he attended Fullerton College, San Diego State University, and Excelsior College where he earned an Associate’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
Dr. Mick has participated in sports all his life and gained special interest in sports injuries. He played college soccer and, due to a knee injury, he became fascinated with the diagnosis and treatment process.
Dr. Mick and his wife Dr. Nicole have been in practice for 24 years. In addition to sports injury related care, Dr. Mick achieved one of the highest certifications in Chiropractic as a Fellow of Clinical Biomechanics of the Spine (CBP). To date, CBP has the most chiropractic clinical research accepted and printed in peer review. Dr. Mick has also achieved certification in two corrective scoliosis braces where he is the sole provider in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and Florida. He has helped thousands of patients avoid surgery and live their best lives. In addition to Sports Injury and Scoliosis care, the doctors are most passionate about helping families achieve optimal health through the chiropractic lifestyle.
Dr. Mick’s passion for the game of soccer led him to becoming the Chiropractor for the Washington Spirit, the women’s professional soccer team in DC. For five years, he worked with a team of doctors to provide comprehensive care to these amazing female athletes. He had the pleasure of treating and rehabilitating the likes of Mallory Pugh, Ali Krieger, Crystal Dunn, Ashley Hatch, Andi Sullivan, Ashley Sanchez, Rose Lavelle and many more. He was tasked with providing an anti-concussion protocol due to women’s soccer having the highest rate of concussions. He diagnosed and treated concussions along with a myriad of sports related injuries. He is very proud to have worked with these incredible ladies.

Dr. Nicole Richardson-Sicre, D.C.
Dr. Nicole received her Doctor of Chiropractic “DC” degree in 1998 from Life University, in Marietta, Georgia. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994 where she majored in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Education. Dr. Nicole spent a summer doing her field study with the VT Cardiac program running six miles early several times a week, another summer as a Virginia Tech football trainer, and a winter break interning with a Fairfax County, VA physical therapy clinic. Dr. Nicole then spent the summer after graduation working for a Chiropractor as the front desk and therapist. This chiropractor wasn’t very dynamic or passionate, but she witnessed him being able to help people so much. She felt with her passion she could love and help many. Dr. Nicole had been accepted to physical therapy school, but she did not feel this was the path for her.
Dr. Nicole had seen a chiropractor intermittently since she was one year old. She had worn all the braces and orthotics to attempt to correct her greatly internally rotated right foot. Surgery was recommended to her parents. In a search to avoid surgery, Chiropractic was suggested. The chiropractor was the first to tell her parents he did not feel the issue was her foot, but rather her pelvis and hip. He worked on Dr. Nicole and her foot straighten with these corrections. Through the years following, when they had pain, they would travel from the suburbs to Washington DC to an M.D., who’d also become a chiropractor. Half of his house was converted to his office. Every time he corrected Nicole and her brother’s spines, they’d feel it was miracle that the pain would be gone. Dr. Nicole talked her father in to touring Life University. Dr. Nicole was overwhelmed with the clarity of her true purpose to serve the Lord as a Chiropractor and that Life U. would be the place to teach and guide her.
Drs. Nicole and Mick meet in their second of four years of Chiropractic school. They learned many Chiropractic techniques but were drawn to the most published research and corrective abilities of Chiropractic BioPhysics, or CBP. Both doctors were also then certified in scoliosis bracing with SpineCor in 2011 and dry needling in 2020. Both doctors love carrying for Pregnant mom’s (so helpful and yes, we know Webster Technique too), babies (torticollis, colic, constipation, wellness and so much more!), families, athletes, disc decompression and scoliosis care and bracing, car accident rehabilitation and those that care about wellness/maintenance care. Dr. Nicole has spent the last year, before opening CSFW, as a coverage doctor to Personal injury (car accident cases mostly but also slip and fall practices) from Clearwater to Port Charlotte.
Drs. Nicole and Mick have two daughters, Gabriela “Brie” and Siena. We have enjoyed cheering them on in many sports and activities just like our new communities. Our girls have participated in year-round swim, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, cross-country, track and field, cheer, dance, and school plays. We know all the ups and downs and can certainly relate to your crazy schedules and the effort to keeping the healthy and in peak performance.
